My 15 years of experience in Project Management has proven to be invaluable when negotiating for my clients. Effective communication is critical in every real estate transaction and only the best are able to maintain a high level of production. Over the years I've learned to be pleasantly aggressive and value strong working relationships with my clients as well as with my peers.

I've lived in Petaluma for roughly 37 years and know the town, school districts and surrounding areas better than most. Being a Petaluma native gives me a distinct advantage over other agents when it comes to finding you the perfect home or selling your home for the highest price possible.

Armand Ramirez

Armand began his career in Real Estate shortly after receiving his Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara. His experience in the industry includes lending, public relations, and Real Estate sales & marketing.

He has built upon his formal background in professional writing and marketing by becoming a student in the ever-evolving field of web design, digital photography/design, and internet marketing, which he believes to be the future of the industry.

Armand is a regular community volunteer, donating to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, the Petaluma Chapter of Realtors (serving as Director of Media for 2006-07), and the Calcars.org foundation for plug-in hybrid advocacy.

He is a quarterly columnist for Real Estate section of the Petaluma Argus Courier, an enthusiast of Architecture, Green Technology, and most notably, a proud father.
